This will mildly destabilize the Soldier's psyche, but will enable the Soldier to wield esoteric powers. This will, however, render the Soldier extremely vulnerable to Psionic influences, including that of The Requiem. The benefits of Stainless Equipment and Mind Shields will be nullified on this Soldier.
